Hartpury Highway Issues and Reporting

Hartpury Parish Council works with the County Highways Authority to help maintain safe roads within the parish. During periods of icy weather, roadside grit bins are provided at locations where roads have significant gradients. These bins contain a salt and grit mixture which residents may use to help treat icy patches on nearby public highways. The material is intended for self-help use and can be spread using any convenient method. Please note that the grit is provided strictly for use on public roads and pavements, not on private drives or pathways.
