Meetings are held bi-monthly in May, July, September, November, January and March.  A Parish Meeting is held once a year.

  • July Bi-Monthly Meeting 6th July 2026 7.00pm
  • September Bi-Monthly Meeting 7th September 2026 7.00pm
  • November Bi-Monthly Meeting 2nd November 2026 7.00pm
  • January Bi-Monthly Meeting 4th January 2027 7.00pm
  • March Bi-Monthly Meeting 1st March 2027 7.00pm

    All meetings will take place at Hartpury Village Hall at the times stated above.
